AI Transparency Statement

Two optional AI modules reflect patterns in what you write. They do not advise, predict or diagnose, and they run only with your consent.

This AI Transparency Statement explains how artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies may be used within the LIMEN platforms, operated by MERAKI HR SRL, Bucharest, District 6, Romania. Email: limen@merakihr.ro.

This Statement should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of AI Use

LIMEN Energy has two AI modules. The Pattern module (Pattern Summary and Tendencies) describes patterns across the Moments you log. The Foundations module (the Relational Signature) describes how you tend to relate, using your Moments and the tags on your Inner Voice lines. Inner Voice and Moments logging on their own only store what you write. The Pattern module is part of Premium and the Foundations module is part of Premium Plus; free accounts include no AI. LIMEN Threshold does not currently use AI to process personal input; this page will be updated before that changes.

2. No Automated Decision-Making

LIMEN does not use AI to make legally binding decisions, approve or deny services, evaluate user eligibility, predict relational success or failure, diagnose any conditions, assess any type of compatibility, or recommend anything related to relationships, parenthood, separation or continuation. No automated processing produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. AI Output Limitations

AI-generated outputs are based solely on user-provided input; may contain inaccuracies; may oversimplify complex relational dynamics; do not replace professional judgment; and should not be interpreted as expert advice. Relational themes surfaced through pattern analysis (including the Layers feature in LIMEN Energy, and the Inner Voice and Foundations features available from 21 September 2026 — Relational Signature and Where This Lives) are observational in nature and do not reflect clinical or diagnostic evaluation. The logical-levels mapping applied to inner-voice entries and to patterns is a reflective structuring device, not a psychological assessment, and the five inner-voice modes (Inner Critic, Inner Demand, Inner Dismissal, Inner Steadiness, Inner Repair) are descriptive groupings rather than scores or diagnoses. Users remain fully responsible for interpreting outputs.

4. Human Responsibility

AI systems operate as computational tools. They do not understand context beyond provided data, do not access external private databases, do not perform psychological evaluation, and do not exercise human discretion. LIMEN remains a structured reflection environment. Human users retain full agency and responsibility.

5. Data Used by AI

An AI module reads only the entries it is built for, and only if you have consented to it. For each request, information drawn from your entries (such as feelings, qualities, trends, scores and tags) is sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to a model provider (currently Google). Today we do not send your notes, the sentences you type in Inner Voice, names or contact details, and we would ask for your consent again before that changed. We do not keep the information sent or the AI’s response on our servers. The reading stays in your browser, on your device, so you can read it again, until you clear your browser data. We do not use your data to train AI models, and our platform provider's agreement says it does not either. Providers may keep technical logs for a limited period for security and abuse monitoring.

5.1 Third-Party AI Providers

LIMEN may use third-party AI language model providers to process user-submitted data for the purposes described in §1. These providers act as data processors under GDPR and are subject to contractual data protection obligations. Where EU personal data is transferred to AI providers located outside the EU/EEA, appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied. The identity of current AI providers is disclosed in our Privacy Policy processor register.

5.2 CRM and Form Processing

LIMEN uses AI language model integration within its CRM and email marketing platform to assist with processing form submissions and generating responses. When this integration is active, data submitted through LIMEN forms may be processed by an AI language model provider acting as a sub-processor. No AI-generated output is sent to users without human review by MERAKI HR SRL.

6. Bias & Technical Limitations

AI systems may reflect inherent limitations of machine learning models, contain bias present in training data, or misinterpret nuance. Users should approach AI-generated reflections critically and thoughtfully.

7. Regulatory Compliance

LIMEN is designed as a reflective and educational tool. It is not classified as a high-risk AI system, a medical AI device, a psychological diagnostic AI, or an automated decision-making authority. We monitor evolving AI regulations, including EU and international frameworks, and will adapt practices as required.

8. Future Development

If AI functionality expands significantly, this Statement will be updated accordingly. Where changes materially affect how AI is used to process personal data, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email before the change takes effect.

9. AI Processing and User Rights

Each AI module needs your explicit consent, given separately. We ask before you start a trial or pay for a plan or upgrade that includes the module, and before first use if a plan was given to you. You can change your mind at any time in Settings > Privacy. Withdrawing stops the module reading your entries. Existing readings stay visible to you until you delete them. If you do not want AI to read your entries, leave the modules off: you can still use the parts of LIMEN that do not need them. If we add a feature that changes what is read or how, we will ask for consent again.
