LIMEN may use AI-assisted systems to:

LIMEN may use third-party AI language model providers to process user-submitted data for the purposes described in §1. These providers act as data processors under GDPR and are subject to contractual data protection obligations. Where EU personal data is transferred to AI providers located outside the EU/EEA, appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied. The identity of current AI providers is disclosed in our Privacy Policy processor register.

LIMEN uses AI language model integration within its CRM and email marketing platform to assist with processing form submissions and generating responses. When this integration is active, data submitted through LIMEN forms may be processed by an AI language model provider acting as a sub-processor. No AI-generated output is sent to users without human review by MERAKI HR SRL.

We monitor evolving AI regulations, including EU and international frameworks, and will adapt practices as required.

If AI functionality expands significantly, this Statement will be updated accordingly.

Where changes materially affect how AI is used to process personal data, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of non-material updates.

AI-assisted processing is integral to the core functionality of certain LIMEN products. This processing does not constitute automated decision-making under GDPR Article 22 — it does not produce legal or similarly significant effects, and all outputs require active user interpretation.

Users who do not wish their submitted data to be processed by AI-assisted systems should refrain from submitting data through AI-assisted features of the Platform. LIMEN Threshold does not use AI to process personal relational input.
