By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.

LIMEN is a structured relational reflection environment.

It is designed to support:

• Personal awareness

• Relational clarity

• Structured self-reflection

It is not designed as:

• A public discussion forum

• A social networking platform

• A space for public accusations

• A legal documentation tool

2.USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users may submit content within certain features of LIMEN Energy and LIMEN Align, including:

• Self-reported reflections

• Interaction categorizations

• Notes

• Observations

• Personal responses

Users retain ownership of their submitted content. By submitting content, users grant MERAKI HR SRL a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and organize such content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

3.THIRD-PARTY PERSONAL DATA

Users must not upload or include:

• Full legal names of third parties

• Contact information

• Addresses

• Identification numbers

• Private documents

• Screenshots containing identifiable data

Users are responsible for anonymizing third-party references. LIMEN is designed for structured reflection, not documentation of identifiable individuals.

4.PROHIBITED CONTENT

Users may not submit content that:

• Is unlawful

• Is defamatory

• Is threatening or harassing

• Promotes violence

• Promotes discrimination or hate

• Violates intellectual property rights

• Contains confidential information without authorization

• Is intended to manipulate, coerce, or harm another individual

5.MISUSE OF THE PLATFORM

The Platform may not be used to:

• Monitor or surveil another person

• Coerce a partner into decisions

• Document evidence for legal proceedings

• Harass or intimidate others

• Reverse engineer system outputs

• Extract data using automated tools

MERAKI HR SRL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

6.CONTENT MODERATION

Although LIMEN does not actively monitor all user-generated content, we reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates this Policy

• Restrict access

• Suspend accounts

• Permanently terminate access

Decisions are made at our discretion to protect platform integrity and user safety.

7.NO PUBLIC POSTING

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, user-generated content within LIMEN (“Platform”, "LIMEN", "LIMEN Brand", "LIMEN Energy", "LIMEN Align", "LIMEN Threshold"):

• Is private to the account holder

• Is not publicly visible

• Is not searchable by other users

LIMEN is not a public content-sharing platform.

8.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESPECT

Users must respect intellectual property rights.

Users may not upload:

• Copyrighted text without permission

• Proprietary materials

• Confidential corporate documents

LIMEN frameworks, methodologies, branding, and visual structures remain the intellectual property of MERAKI HR SRL.

9.REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you believe content violates this Policy, you may report concerns to: limen@merakihr.ro

We will review and take appropriate action where necessary.

10.ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Violation of this Policy may result in:

Termination decisions are made to protect platform integrity and compliance.

11.INTERNATIONAL USERS

Users are responsible for complying with local laws regarding content and digital conduct in their jurisdiction.
