These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the LIMEN website, applications, and related services ("Platform", "LIMEN", "LIMEN Brand", "LIMEN Energy", "LIMEN Align", "LIMEN Threshold") collectively, the "Platform". The Platform is operated by:

For the purposes of these Terms and all related policies, references to "LIMEN" or the "Platform" shall collectively refer to the LIMEN brand and all digital products, tools, services, frameworks, applications, websites, and materials developed, owned, or operated by MERAKI HR SRL, including but not limited to LIMEN Align, LIMEN Energy, and LIMEN Threshold and its related reflective frameworks (such as 'Before Commitment', 'Before Parenthood', and other thematic editions).

These Terms also include any current or future LIMEN-branded products, features, applications, digital tools, physical materials, or services made available through the LIMEN website, applications, or associated platforms.

By accessing or using LIMEN, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms and all related policies, references to "LIMEN", the "LIMEN Platform", or the "Platform" refer to the LIMEN brand and all products, tools, services, applications, websites, digital frameworks, and materials made available under the LIMEN name and operated by MERAKI HR SRL.
This includes, but is not limited to:

As well as any current or future LIMEN-branded products, services, applications, physical materials, research initiatives, or features offered through the LIMEN website, applications, or associated platforms.
Unless otherwise specified, all such products and services are collectively referred to as the "Platform."

LIMEN is designed as a structured relational reflection framework intended to support personal awareness and clarity, individual and relational clarity through guided questions, visual mappings, and user-reported interaction summaries.
The Platform organizes user-reported observations and presents reflective prompts or structured summaries to assist users in examining their own experiences.

LIMEN does not:

Any outputs generated by the Platform reflect user-provided input and structured reflection tools, and should not be interpreted as professional evaluation, psychological assessment, or expert recommendation.
Users remain solely responsible for how they interpret and apply insights generated through the Platform.
The Platform includes:

A structured digital reflection card framework presenting guided questions for relational self-reflection. LIMEN Threshold does not collect, store, analyze, or process personal relational input.

A self-reported interaction reflection tool that organizes user-submitted responses into structured summaries, visual representations, and observational relational themes (Patterns and Layers). Outputs are generated solely from user-provided data. The Patterns feature identifies recurring dynamics across interactions — including emotional impact, interaction dynamics, recurring behaviours, and energy trends — to help users notice which relationships feel nourishing, draining, stable, or inconsistent. Patterns are observational, not diagnostic. The Layers feature surfaces broader relational tendencies from recurring combinations of emotional reactions, relational triggers, internal responses, and repair dynamics. Layers are informed by general relational and behavioural research frameworks. They do not constitute psychological assessment or clinical evaluation, do not define identity, and do not assign psychological labels. They reflect evolving observational tendencies that may change across context, time, and relationships. Both features are informational in nature only and should not be interpreted as clinical findings, mental health diagnoses, or definitive personality classifications.

A structured alignment reflection tool that maps user-reported perceptions into visual or organizational summaries. It does not assess compatibility or predict relational outcomes.
LIMEN does not evaluate, diagnose, predict, certify, or recommend relational decisions or outcomes.

The Platform is intended exclusively for educational, informational, and reflective purposes.
LIMEN is not:

Use of the Platform does not create a therapist-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. The Platform is not designed for use in emergency situations, high-conflict domestic circumstances, or cases involving abuse or immediate psychological risk. If you are experiencing crisis or danger, you should contact appropriate local emergency services.

Users remain solely responsible for any personal, relational, financial, emotional or legal decisions made before, during, or after using the Platform. The LIMEN Platform provides structured reflection tools and does not direct, recommend, or determine any specific course of action.
MERAKI HR SRL shall not be responsible for outcomes resulting from the interpretation or application of reflections generated through the Platform.
Outputs generated by LIMEN:

MERAKI HR SRL assumes no responsibility for decisions made based on use of the Platform.

Certain features require account creation. Users agree to:

Users may delete their account at any time in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

By creating an account or subscribing to a waiting list, users may receive service-related communications necessary for the operation of the Platform.
Where users provide explicit consent, MERAKI HR SRL may also send marketing or promotional communications related to LIMEN products and services. Users may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in such communications.

MERAKI HR SRL does not supervise or certify professional use of the Platform unless explicitly stated through separate agreements.

The LIMEN Platform is designed primarily for individual reflective use.
Professionals such as coaches, facilitators, educators, or consultants may use LIMEN tools within their professional activities provided that:

MERAKI HR SRL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

Users retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting content, users grant MERAKI HR SRL a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that content does not infringe the rights of others.

All content, methodology, frameworks, visual systems, branding, and structural elements of LIMEN are the intellectual property of MERAKI HR SRL and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MERAKI HR SRL shall not be liable for:

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for access to the Platform during the preceding 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.

LIMEN is delivered through third-party technology platforms including but not limited to Emergent Labs Inc., Lovable Technologies, HubSpot Inc., Anthropic Inc. (Claude AI), and GitHub Inc. Where a service interruption, data incident, or breach originates with a third-party technology platform used to deliver LIMEN services, MERAKI HR SRL's liability is further limited to the extent that the incident arose from the processor's own failure.
MERAKI HR SRL maintains documented due diligence records for all processors. Users may contact limen@merakihr.ro for information about the relevant processor's complaint mechanisms.

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.

Users may terminate use at any time.
MERAKI HR SRL may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union legislation. For consumers residing outside Romania, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence may also apply. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer laws require otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree that such disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this clause limits mandatory consumer rights applicable in the European Union or other jurisdictions where arbitration limitations apply.
Users residing in jurisdictions where arbitration agreements are restricted may pursue claims through the courts required by applicable law.

The Platform may be accessed globally. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction.
MERAKI HR SRL makes no representation that the Platform as it presents is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.

We may update these Terms or related policies from time to time.
Where changes materially affect user rights or obligations, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email before the change takes effect.
Non-material changes will be reflected in this document with the revision date updated, without individual notice.
Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

LIMEN is not regulated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and does not constitute a medical device, medical software, or mental health application under applicable US federal or state law.
LIMEN is not subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). No medical records, protected health information, or clinical data are collected or processed through the Platform.
Use of LIMEN does not establish a patient-provider relationship of any kind.
