1. Educational & Reflective Purpose Only
LIMEN provides structured relational reflection tools designed to support personal clarity and awareness. LIMEN does not evaluate, diagnose, predict, certify, or determine relational outcomes.
The Platform: organizes self-reported input, presents guided reflection questions, visualizes user-reported patterns, structures personal observations.
LIMEN is designed as a structured relational reflection framework intended to support personal awareness and clarity. The Platform organizes user-reported observations and presents reflective prompts or structured summaries to assist users in examining their own experiences.
LIMEN provides structured reflection tools designed to support personal clarity. The platform does not determine or recommend whether a relationship should continue, change, or end.
Reflections, summaries, or visualizations presented by the Platform are derived from user-provided input and structured prompts. These outputs are informational in nature and may not fully represent the complexity of real-life relational dynamics. Users should exercise independent judgment and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals before making significant personal or relational decisions.
LIMEN Energy includes a Layers feature that surfaces broader relational themes from repeated user inputs. These themes are informed by general relational and behavioural research frameworks. They do not constitute psychological assessment, attachment diagnosis, or clinical evaluation of any kind.
2. Not Therapy or Mental Health Treatment
The LIMEN Platform and its related products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The Platform does not provide medical advice, psychological diagnosis, or therapeutic treatment. LIMEN is not regulated as a medical device under applicable regulations, including those of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or equivalent regulatory bodies in other jurisdictions.
Use of the Platform does not create a therapist-client relationship. If you are experiencing psychological distress, emotional instability, trauma-related symptoms, or mental health concerns, you should seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional in your jurisdiction.
3. Not Legal or Mediation Services
LIMEN does not provide legal advice, marriage guidance, divorce guidance, custody recommendations, mediation services, or formal conflict resolution. The Platform should not be used as evidence in legal proceedings or as a substitute for professional legal advice.
4. No Predictive or Compatibility Guarantees
LIMEN Energy and LIMEN Align generate structured summaries based solely on user-provided information. Outputs reflect user input and reorganize reported patterns. They do not predict relationship success or failure, determine compatibility, or recommend continuation or separation. Relational decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.
5. Personal Responsibility
Users remain fully responsible for interpreting outputs, personal decisions, relational actions, and emotional consequences. MERAKI HR SRL assumes no responsibility for decisions made after using the Platform.
6. High-Conflict or Abusive Situations
The Platform is not designed for situations involving domestic violence, coercive control, immediate danger, severe psychological instability, or crisis-level relational conflict. If you are experiencing abuse or fear for your safety, you should contact appropriate emergency services or local support organizations immediately.

LIMEN does not monitor user activity for crisis signals and cannot provide emergency assistance.
7. Emotional Impact Notice
Relational reflection may surface discomfort, emotional intensity, uncertainty, or awareness of previously unexamined dynamics. These reactions are part of personal reflection. If emotional distress becomes overwhelming, users should pause use and consider consulting a qualified professional.
8. AI-Assisted Summarization
Artificial intelligence tools are used within the Platform. AI systems reorganize user-submitted information; outputs are generated algorithmically; AI systems may contain inaccuracies; AI outputs do not replace human professional evaluation; no automated decision-making produces legal or similarly significant effects. This Policy should be read together with our AI Transparency Policy.
9. No Guarantee of Outcomes
LIMEN does not guarantee relationship improvement, emotional resolution, increased compatibility, reduced conflict, or decision clarity. Individual outcomes vary and depend on numerous personal and contextual factors beyond the Platform's control.
10. International Use
The LIMEN Platform may be accessed from jurisdictions outside Romania. Users accessing the Platform from outside Romania are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. Nothing in this Disclaimer or in the Platform's policies limits or excludes mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of a user's country of residence.
11. Responsible Use of Platform
Users agree not to use the Platform to coerce, pressure, or manipulate another individual; to monitor or control another person's behavior; to produce evidence intended for legal disputes or litigation; to assign blame or psychological labels to another individual; or to replace professional psychological, legal, or mediation services. The Platform is intended for personal reflective use only.
12. Acceptance of Disclaimer
By using the Platform, you confirm that you understand its reflective nature, accept full responsibility for your decisions, and acknowledge its limitations. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use.
13. Third-Party Platform Notice
